Returns & Exchanges

Eurus Concept will accept returns on all regularly stocked furnitures, as long as they are unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your furniture must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

The buyer is responsible for the shipment and shipping charges. Including the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the furniture back to Eurus Concept. 

The return shipment will be made to the warehouse address of Eurus Concept in Bursa, Turkey

Shipping Return

To return your furniture, you should ship your furniture to Turkey/Bursa, İnegöl, Hamidiye Mah. Doğal Sk. No:4/6 16400 

You will be responsible for the shipment and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return shipment is organized by Eurus Concept, before you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged furniture to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned furniture.  

Returns Policy

Restocking Fees

Your return credit will be reduced by a restocking fee to reflect the expense of putting the items back into stock. The fees are 20% for wholesale clients; for retail clients, it is 30% of the order’s total.

Returns for Wholesale and Retail Customers

Regularly stocked goods can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packing. Consumable goods and those that can be customized are not eligible for returns.

Bespoke/Custom Furniture

Furniture that is custom or bespoke may not be returnable. Eurus Concept will let you know if this is the case.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and examined, refunds are sent via wire transfer to your bank account.

Shipping Charges

All shipping fees, including the one for sending the item to Eurus Concept in the first place and the one for sending it back, are your responsibility. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fees

In order to compensate for the expense of processing the item back into stock, Eurus Concept will also take a restocking fee out of your total refund.

Refund of Deposit

A cancellatation that will occur due to client after the deposit has been paid by the client and the order is processed is not Eurus Concept’s responsibility and Eurus Concept will not be refunded.

What are Restocking Fees?

All returned items come with restocking fees to cover the extra expenses incurred during the return procedure. For commercial clients, the fee is 20% of the item’s entire cost; for residential users, the fee is 30% of the item’s total cost.

The Reason for Our Restocking Fees

The following are the reasons why Eurus Concept charges a restocking fee.

  • Our warehouse staff spends time handling and inspecting returned goods, which takes time away from their regular duties.
  • Restocking costs enable Eurus Concept to maintain our wholesale pricing as low as possible.
  • Companies that don’t charge restocking fees raise prices to offset the expense of returns.
  • Many returned goods cannot be sold again, resulting in losses for businesses.

What If My Furniture Arrive Damaged?

It’s very important to inspect your order when you receive it to check for damages or missing items. Items that are FCL or LCL shipped will have different considerations than items that are full container shipped. Depending on the situation, we will be able to walk you through the process and find a solution that works for you.

FCL Shipments – Preferred

If any furniture arrives damaged in an FCL (Full Container Load) shipment, please send us pictures & videos of the damage/damages on the furniture within 3 days of receipt. Our team at Eurus Concept will find the most suitable solution according to the scenario and help you with your damaged furniture.

LCL Shipments – Not Preferred

LCL shipments are not preferred by Eurus Concept because furniture is a fragile product to transport and LCL shipments are not very suitable for it. Therefore, we don’t accept returns or refunds on LCL shipments.
