We paid 20.000 TL for the dining table set I purchased from Casa Furniture Masko around a year ago. The connection point between the chair's leg and body unexpectedly disintegrated during the dinner when the guest was seated. When I contacted the Casa furniture store, they contacted the factory and informed me that the problem was due to user mistake. They stated we could modify it, but I would have to pay 500 TL. I requested that an expert be dispatched and that the product be examined. They stated that was sufficient because I had supplied the photos. By looking at the photos, they concluded that it was a case of user mistake. It was, however, torn apart where it was screwed. What could have gone wrong as a result of user error? Other than sitting on the chair, what else can you do? Casa Furniture was not willing to back up its merchandise. I'll submit a complaint with the Consumer Court and fight for my rights all the way to the finish. I'd like to be free of victimization. My difficulty was fixed by Ms. Meriç. She discovered that there was a manufacturing issue, and all of the chairs were taken and thoroughly inspected at no cost. Ms. Meriç is to be commended. Thank you so much for everything.
