How can I pay?

You may pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or Apple Pay.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Any unpaid orders will be cancelled and refunded within 72 hours of original purchase date.

Do you accept bespoke orders?

Yes, we are happy to work with you to create a custom design for your furniture order. Please contact us directly and provide us the desired measurements, fabric style and wood type for your custom order.

How can I choose the fabric for my order?

You can select from our wide range of fabrics on our website. We also offer color swatches so you can see the color of the fabric in real life.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we provide delivery services to your door for an additional fee depending on your location and the volume of your order.

What are your payment methods?

We accept credit card payments through AMEX, Apple Pay, MasterCard and VISA. If you need to pay through bank transfer, please contact our team.

How can I track my order?

All orders will be sent with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email when your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order in real time.

Do you offer financing?

No, we don't offer financing.

Production
When will my furniture be shipped?

Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes around 3-4 weeks for your Turkish furniture to be crafted and ready for shipping.

Will I be updated on my order?

Yes, we provide regular updates regarding the status of your order. You will be notified when your furniture is in the process of being made, when it is ready and again when it has been shipped.

You can also track your order through the "Live Chat" button available on the bottom right corner.

How do you do the packaging?

We take utmost care in packaging our Turkish furniture. Each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with corrugated sheets or box to prevent any damage during transport.

Post Production
Refunds & Warranty

All our Turkish furniture comes with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For refunds, please refer to our refund policy on the website.

Do you send LCL/Partial Shipments?

Yes, we can arrange for Less Container Load (LCL) or partial shipments depending upon the size of the order and your requirement.

When do I need to pay for shipping?

You may pay for shipping at the time of placing your order or before the furniture is shipped. Please be aware that shipping charges will depend on the destination, size and weight of the shipment. We will provide an estimate for these costs once your order has been confirmed.
